Book Fold Card For Any Occasion

Sorry to have been absent for so long. Myriad technical difficulties which I believe have now been resolved. Blog has a new look after a major rebuild. Today’s card is one of my most favorite fun folds – Book Fold. I love books, and am always reading which might explain why I like this fold so much.

This card can be made in any color, and for any occasion. Today I am featuring a card that none of us like to make, but are necessary. Circle of life requires Sympathy cards. Some of the things I used on the card are no longer available, but you can use whatever you might have in your stash. Here you go:

Perennial Lavender Any Occasion Card

Greetings! Here’s the Terrific Tuesday card for this week. Are you one who loves the color purple? I certainly am which explains why I am featuring the Perennial Lavender suite of products. You can find these products on page 22-25 of the 2024 January to April Mini Catalog. These products will be available until end of April. After that they are gone unless StampinUp decides to carry all or some of the items over to new Annual Catalog which will be live first part of May. I am hoping SU does carry over the whole line of products featured in the Perennial Lavender Suite.

My card today is an all occasion card suitable for any occasion. I used a generic greeting which makes it easy for to me make card appropriate for any circumstance.

Bee Mine Four Corner Fold With Correction

Good morning everyone! I posted my usual card on yesterday, but when I finished card didn’t look right. I have been sick, and tested positive for COVID so blaming it on my sick brain. Realizing the mistake I made, I have made a short video showing how the card should have looked. The recipe below is for the corrected card. So today you get two videos!

First version is okay, but I think second version is better. Designer Series Paper pops more on the second version.

Night Divine and Shining Brightly

Hello all! I am back after my week long break to attend my beautiful Granddaughter’s wedding. It was wonderful but oh so very hot in the Dallas area.

Today’s card features the Night Divine Bundle and the Shining Brightly Designer Series Paper. The bundle can be found in the current 2023 September to January Mini Catalog. Absolutely love the bundle, and it will be a keeper in my stash.

I did CASE this card from someone, but cannot remember who it was. I did add a few layers, and changed it up a bit.

Fun On Wheels Circle Birthday

Do you have a skateboarder, scooter or bike rider in your family or friends? Todays stamp set is perfect if you do. I do a card ministry at my church, and try to send birthday/anniversary cards to all the members. I don’t have many cards for older boys/younger men in my stash. Felt this card would fit the bill.
