Greetings fellow crafters.  Back with you this Tuesday for another Terrific Tuesday card.  I am holding my annual Christmas Stamp-a-Stack in November, and here’s a card we will be doing.  The Rejoice stamp set is shown in the 2026 September to December catalog which is live right now.  I really like the set, but sometimes wonder why in a lot of nativity sets the main characters don’t have facial features.  Guess it’s the in thing these days.  I would prefer they did, but you have to go with what you can get.  Here’s our card for today:

Two colors of embossing powder – white and silver – make the images pop.  Heat embossing is magical in my opinion.

CARD RECIPE:

STAMPS:  Rejoice, For Unto Us (R)>   PAPER:  Secret Sea 5-1/2×8-1/2, Scored @ 4-1/4, 3-1/2×4-3/4, Scrap, Secret Sea 2-Tone 4×5-1/4, Basic White 4×5-1/4, 1-1/2×2, Silver Foil 3-3/4×5   >    INK:  Secret Sea, Versamark  >   DIES:  Everyday Arches, Nested Essentials >  EMBOSSING FOLDER:  Swirls of Magic  >  OTHER:  White & Silver Embossing Powders, Embellishment of choice

Forgive the Thanksgiving references and the little blooper at the beginning of the video.  I filmed this video a week or so ago, but got too busy to get it uploaded,  Now the Christmas rush is at full steam ahead.  I will try and get a video made next week but no promises.  Have a wonderful weekend.  Blessings!

Hello stampin friends.  I have started preparing cards for my annual Christmas Stamp-a-Stack being held on November 9th.  I think the Decorative Tree Bundle is so lovely, and the foil really makes the card pop.  In my ongoing effort to use up what I have the video features green foil.  Several years ago for Christmas Stampin Up sold green and red foil.  I still have a couple sheets left so that is what is used in the video.  The picture below shows the card in gold foil.  We will be doing one red and one green at the Stamp-a-Stack.

CARD RECIPE:

STAMPS:  Decorative Trees, Hope & Peace (R)   >  PAPER:  Thick Very Vanilla 5-1/2×8-1/2 Scored at 4-1/4, Regular Very Vanilla 4×5-1/4, 2-3/4×3-3/4, 1×1-3/4, Shaded Spruce  4-1/8×5-3/8, 2-7/8×3-7/8. Green Foil (R) 3×4   >   INK:  Basic Gray, Versamark  >   DIES:  Decorative Trees, Greetings of the Season  >  EMBOSSING FOLDERS:  Forever Plaid, Snowflake Sky  OTHER:   Gold Embossing Powder, Ribbon and Embellishments of choice

Not sure I’m ready to think about Christmas yet, but all the stores are totally stocked with Christmas items.  Would be nice if we could celebrate Thanksgiving first.  Hope you like the card.  Blessings!
