Happy Birthday Simple Fun Fold

Hello again.  Time for another card and video.  This is a super simply fun fold card, and it is very quick and easy.  Inspiration came from Sue Campfield.  This is another card that could be made for just about any occasion.  I chose to do a birthday card as I send out a lot of those.
